These Christmas events cover the general N E Lincs area and most places are accessible by public transport so there should be something for everyone!
Original Emporium Winter Makers Market
Saturday 19th November 2022 – 10:00-4:00 – Healing Manor
With fantastic makers set to appear on the day, the Original Emporium Makers Market is bound to be a hit!
“Focusing on premium gifts and artisan goodies, the Healing Manor Christmas Fair will be surrounded in our famous Christmas lights and Christmas tree displays, and the space filled with festive music.”
This festive event is well worth a visit.
Keelby Kreates Christmas Market
Thursday 24th November 2022 – Lilly’s Tea Rooms Keelby, 4pm-8pm
Visit stallholders inside the tearoom and around the courtyard and soak in the festive atmosphere.
Great Grimsby’s Fabulously Festive Weekender
Friday 25th -Sunday 27th November – St James’ Square & Grimsby Minster – Fri -10am-8pm, Sat 10-4, Sun 11-4
Kick off the Christmas spirit with Grimsby’s own Fabulously Festive Weekender. Visit the “Earth” exhibition in the minster, check out the indie stall inside and out, and soak up the entertainment. Expect to see stilt-walkers, live music, performance arts and much more. Attend on Friday evening, and witness the big Christmas tree light switch on at 6:30. Not to be missed!
Elf Station
Weekends from Saturday 26th November 2022 onwards – Freshney Place – 11:00-3:00
A fun, free event held by Freshney Place Shopping Centre, the elf station gives children a chance to write a letter to Santa, take part in festive arts and crafts, and get a gorgeous family photo taken.

Grimsby Christmas Market
Friday 2nd & Saturday 3rd December 2022 – Victoria Street South – 9:00-4:00
Held at Victoria Street South, Grimsby Christmas Market promises speciality traders, indie stalls, entertainment and much much more. A great way to kick off those festive feelings and open both days of the weekend.

Cleethorpes Christmas Makers Market
Friday 2nd Dec 4:30-7:30 & Saturday 3rd Dec 10-4 2022 – St. Peter’s Church Hall Cleethorpes
Celebrate the St Peter’s Avenue Christmas tree lighting and small business Saturday. Enjoy stalls from local artists and makers, and keep an eye out for Father Christmas! A great place to visit if you’re in the Christmas spirit!
Farmer Christmas
Various dates from 3rd December 2022 – Nunny’s Farm – 10-3
Visit the animals on the farm, make Christmas decorations, and meet Farmer Christmas himself.
Booking is essential and tickets can only be bought from the farm shop.

Santa in the Mill
Saturday 3th December 2022 – Waltham Windmill – 10:00-3:00
Meet Father Christmas at Waltham Windmill and try your luck on the Tombola. £5 per child, all profits go towards helping maintain and preserve the historic windmill.
Cleethorpes Coast Light Railway Santa Specials
3rd, 4th, 10th, 11th, 17th, 18th, 22nd & 23rd December 2022 – Cleethorpes Light Railway – Various Times
Get ready to be taken on a magical train journey, write letters to Santa, enjoy some snacks, and then visit Santa’s grotto to be receive your own special gift. The Santa Specials have been popular year upon year and we’ve always loved taking out children.
Booking is essential and can be done via the website.
Tea with Santa
Wednesday 7th December – St Hugh’s Community Centre – 5-7
Come and meet Santa and enjoy an afternoon tea a this super fun event. There’ll be music, games, crafts and much more. Write a letter to Santa, snap a picture with him and scoff down a delicious dinner!

Sleeping Beauty and the Whinging Wicked Witch
Saturday 10th December 2022 onwards – various times – Grimsby Auditorium
What’s Christmas without a panto visit? This year’s pantomime features stars such as Martin Daniels, Ken Morley, Kitty Harris and many more who make the show the joy it is. There are various dates throughout December to catch show and family tickets are available.

Grimsby’s Christmas Craft Fair
Saturday 10th December 2022 – St. Giles Church Hall, Scartho – 2pm-4:30pm
Run by the Health Tree Foundation, this craft fair is helping raise money for a good cause. The £1 entry fee will go towards the Little Lives appeal. With lots of stalls covering many themes, you’re bound to have a great time.

Climb 4 Christmas Fayre
Saturday 10th December – Centre 4 Wootton Road, Grimsby – 11-4
This fab festive event will bring loads of Christmas joy. Attend to see stalls, food, card making, crafts, gifts and so much more!
Suzie’s Cup of Joy Santa’s Grotto Experience
Saturday 17th, Sunday 18th & Wednesday 21st, Thurday 22nd December 2022 – Suzie’s Cup of Joy, Cleethorpes – 3:30-5:30
Expect to eat a delicious festive afternoon tea, while your children are entertained by a range of craft activities, quiz, bingo and interaction from Santa and his elves. All children come away from the experience with a gorgeous goody bag.

Community Christmas Cracker at Sidney Park
Sunday 18th December 2022 – Sidney Park – 11-4
Santa and his sleigh will be attending this community Christmas extravaganza and handing out a gift to every child. Expect festive musical delights, a winter wonderland scene, stilt walking, fire breathing and loads of gorgeous food stalls. This event is not to be missed!
Breakfast with Santa
Friday 23rd & Saturday 24th December – 9:00am-10:30am & 11:00-12:30 – Grimsby Garden Centre
Santa seems to be hungry at this time of year, and can often be spotted at breakfast. In this case, he’ll he having his breakfast at Grimsby Garden Centre right before the big day and is inviting some lucky kids to join him. Your child will receive a very special Christmas Eve box and be allowed a sneak peek at Santa’s top secret headquarters!

No One Eats Alone
Sunday 25th December – 1pm onwards – Cafe Baraka, Cleethorpes
Cafe Baraka have very generously made a pledge to ensure no one goes hungry and no one eats alone this Christmas. Reaching out to the community and welcoming those less fortunate, who may not have otherwise had a happy Christmas day. All they request is that you let them know if you want to be included in their festive celebration so they can get a good idea of how many to feed and when. It’s not just for people on their own, struggling families are also welcome.
